Design the API and data model for comments with emoji reactions - deliberately no architecture diagram.

Design a small service that lets users post comments and react to them (like/emoji reactions). This problem deliberately excludes the architecture diagram - the goal is to test how well your API contract and data model fit together on their own, independent of infrastructure.
